BodieBoost Lifestyle is online

Today feels like one big party for us because we are launching the BodieBoost lifestyle website! YAY! So far, we have helped over 30,000 women in the Netherlands and Belgium acheive their weight loss goals. We’ve seen how much the BodieBoost weight loss method changed their life for the better and we just knew we had to share it with everyone! So today is the day that we are popping open our champagne bottles in celebration of helping women like you. So yes, sí, ja, qoui finally BodieBoost is available for anybody, anywhere, anytime – doesn’t that sound like a dream?!

Welcome to the first blog of the BodieBoost weight loss method.  We are so happy and we hope you are too! Stay tuned because we will share one blog post per week (every Tuesday). Our blog will discuss topics such as:

BodieBoost is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle

Let’s quickly explain what the BodieBoost weight loss method is all about. What I, Charlotte, have found is that a lot of diets are very complicated. For example, they forbid you from eating carbs, enjoying any unhealthy snacks or drinking alcohol. Besides that, most of them require you to count calories or points weigh the food you eat. This all sounds nice in the beginning and sure, it will give you results for a week or 2, but it’s too hard to keep up with for your whole life! Believe me when I say that I know how confused and frustrated you feel – I have been there before!

That’s why I came up with the BodieBoost weight loss method. BodieBoost is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle. When following BodieBoost, you can still eat things like chocolate, croissants and fries every now and then. You don’t need to count calories or points and weigh your food. On top of that, BodieBoost doesn’t only focus on the “dieting” part, but on mindset, too. We believe that in order to create a healthy and slim body, you need to create a healthy, positive and slim mindset first!

Our mission

So what is our mission? Our mission is to help women lose weight without any fuss by offering a wide variety of food to choose from. We want to teach you how to use our weight loss method and incorporate it into your daily life. We’ve created a healthy and easy weight loss method that is easy to keep up with for people all over the world. We know how hard it is to juggle school, work, friends, kids, hobbies and a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, you need a healthy lifestyle that can easily fit into your busy schedule. And that’s exactly what BodieBoost is about!
