Berry good breakfast

Smoothie, summer, frozen, fruity. However you call this bowl, it’s very berry good… Although you can eat this bowl in any season, we like it the most on a hot summer day. Having ice cream for breakfast, sounds delicious right? This breakfast is not only scrumptious but also healthy. This smoothie bowl is like a natural nutrient cocktail.

When you close your eyes for a minute, you would almost believe you’re on a beach in Bali. These credits go to the subtle hint of coconut. Did you buy way too many groceries because you couldn’t contain your excitement? No worries, we get that. Freeze the fruits, and voilĂ , you’ll have a delicious and not to forget a healthy breakfast for the next days as well. Psstt little fact: did you already know that blackberries can boost your immune system to help guard against infection and that raspberries can boost your metabolism? What a smooth breakfast hey! Time to show you the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 fl. oz coconut milk
  • 5.5 oz. frozen fruits (berries)
  • a hand of blackberries
  • a hand of strawberries
  • a hand of blueberries
  • a hand of shredded coconut

Preparations

  • Blend the frozen fruits and coconut milk into a smooth mixture.
  • Put it in a bowl and finish it off with toppings of your choice. We chose for blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and shredded coconut, but everything is possible! It’s that simple…
